Although many of our services have had to be suspended as per government advice, our Support At Home and Support At Home + service is still operational to ensure care needs do not go unmet.  

Support At Home

We have been contacting everyone who uses our Support At Home service to ensure they would like to continue with their support during this time.  If they decide to cancel their package we will be keeping in touch with them through our Dementia Support team who will provide ongoing support and connected to our virtual support.  It’s important for us to keep this service running for people who: 

· Need our support to be able to achieve cognitive stimulation or exercise.

· Need our support to do their shopping.

· Need our support to achieve carer respite.

· Need our support to prevent isolation for people living with dementia and their carers.

Support At Home +

We have also been contacting everyone who uses our Support At Home + service to ensure they would like to continue with their support package during this time.  Support At Home + will continue for everyone where there is an identified care need.
