Debbie Howard

In August 2018 Debbie joined the charity as a weekend support worker and took over the role of Training and Development Coordinator in March 2020. Debbie brings a wealth of experience to the role having previously worked as a practice manager in a busy GP surgery, a senior manager of a charity supporting people with a physical disability as well as supporting people with a learning disability to learn life skills and live independently. Her insight into the challenges of living with dementia has come through personal experience, as she has supported both parents with their dementia journeys.
