Researchers from the University of Surrey, along with filmmakers and designers Nifty Fox, have created engaging resources to highlight the importance of Dementia Care Coordinators (DCCs) for individuals affected by dementia.
Funded by the National Institute for Health & Care Research, this project produced incredible tools to explain the DCC service and its vital role in supporting those living with dementia and their families.
