Service Development Senior Manager

40 hours per week - £30,050 per annum - Permanent contract

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Services, is an award-winning charity looking to recruit a highly motivated Service Development Senior Manager with a passion for excellence in organizational performance and developing innovations and new projects.

You will conduct yourself to the highest professional standards as well as being passionate about leading the charity so that it is continuously improving, innovative and seeking to meet the needs of the people it serves. You will be committed to achieving the highest possible standards in quality assurance and supporting the professional development of the charity and its staff. You will need to be committed to ensuring best practice and compliance with all relevant bodies in an intelligent and meaningful way. You will be able to forge new relationships with existing and new partners in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner. Always seeking to engage with clients and stakeholders to better meet their expectations, achieving the highest possible standards, maintaining confidentiality and client dignity at all times.

Confirmation of all appointments is subject to proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references and medical clearance.
