Alzheimer's & Dementia Support Services – Dartford, Gravesend, Northfleet and Swanley

£8.00 per hour plus enhancements

Various shifts available - days, weekends, evenings, nights.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Services is a registered charity which supports people with dementia. We are looking for Care Workers for the Gravesend, Dartford and Swanley areas to support people in their own homes.


You will need to have a genuine interest in those living with dementia, plus patience and empathy in abundance.

Experience of caring for people and / or NVQ level 2 required.

A full drivers licence is essential, but mileage is paid.


In return we will offer you specialist training, hours to suit you, and the opportunity to work for a friendly caring charity.

Rate of pay will be £8.00 per hour, plus enhanced rates for unsocial hours.

Our Community Care Worker role involves:

• All aspects of personal care 
• Meal preparation 
• Assistance with medication 
• Companionship 
• Support 
• Domestic and shopping assistance


Confirmation of all appointments is subject to proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references and medical clearance.
