Care Support Workers

Salary: Contracted around core hours to a maximum of £17,680 

Working hours- 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday  centered around core hours,  flexible to to needs of the organisation. Contracts for waking nights also available.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Services is a registered charity which supports people with dementia. We are looking for Care Support Workers for the Gravesend, Dartford and Swanley areas to support people in their own homes.


You will need to have a genuine interest in those living with dementia, plus patience and empathy in abundance.

Experience of caring for people and / or NVQ level 2 desirable or a willingness to work towards NVQ 3

A full drivers licence is essential.

Our Care Support Worker role involves:

• All aspects of personal care 
• Meal preparation 
• Assistance with medication 
• Companionship 
• Support 
• Domestic and shopping assistance


Confirmation of all appointments is subject to proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references and medical clearance.
